How To Stop Smoking If You Use It As An Emotional Crutch

Maybe you have your third day of stopping smoking, everything seemed to be good, you were rolling up and then whoosh! They have blown in again … Maybe you have the feeling that my mind can not be sorted or is there something that always comes in your way. You can stop more than anything. You start well, everything seems fine, and then suddenly, every little thing can start again. Maybe you’re not even embedded in your smoking cessation, when the idea just seems too difficult.

Of course you can always rely. Do you do when you go on a flight or when you go to sleep, for example. The trick is to stay smoke-free. You know when you may be right attitude, you can do it, but then you only have every excuse under the sun seems to start from scratch.
